Yes, definitely!! That actually works best since it needs a long chill to set up well. I would just top with the yogurt whip the day of serving :)

This looks amazing! Do you know of any alternatives to the gelatin? I haven’t been able to find a vegan or vegetarian gelatin substitute mix and I’m scared it’ll be too runny without 😭
You could try agar agar! I haven’t tried it myself but it should work
